Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SMB Sales Recruiting to lead hiring strategies for the SMB Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the SMB Sales recruiting team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
  • Develop and execute a scalable recruiting strategy to support hiring goals across the SMB Sales organization
  • Monitor key hiring metrics and champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 4+ years leading high-volume sales recruiting teams
  • Proven success in hiring inside sales, SDRs/BDRs, and/or SMB Account Executives at scale
  • Strong partnership experience with Sales or Revenue leaders, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • Experience in building and optimizing recruiting processes and ATS workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort managing to metrics and KPIs
