Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a verification and customer acceptance assurance plan for ODM/OPPT products
• Act as the in-country liaison to manage the ODM partner and identify program gaps and risks
• Collaborate with the CX team to ensure positive product delivery and support mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing ODM relationships and product testing
• Proven leadership skills in cross-functional team environments
• Strong understanding of engineering practices and product documentation
• Ability to identify and mitigate program risks effectively
• Experience working in a remote or international team setting
