Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Triage Team in the Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Triage team while fostering an inclusive environment
• Define team priorities and set measurable goals in collaboration with SOC leadership
• Oversee the Signal Review & Qualification function to ensure rapid decision-making and effective threat escalation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC), threat hunting, or incident response, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to develop and mentor team members in a technical environment
• Expert-level analytical skills to identify patterns in security data
• Deep understanding of the modern threat landscape and SOC orchestration tools
• Forward-thinking mindset with adaptability to a cloud-first, remote environment
