Job Summary

Leading the company's social media strategy and community engagement, the full-time Senior Manager, Social Media will manage content creation, platform management, and audience engagement across various digital platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Crunchbase's social media presence across multiple platforms, developing an editorial calendar and creating engaging content
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, enhancing Crunchbase's visibility and reputation across online forums and communities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support brand awareness and audience growth initiatives through strategic social and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content marketing
• Proven portfolio of engaging content created across multiple platforms
• Hands-on experience with video production and content creation tools
• Strong understanding of online communities and audience behavior
