Job Summary
Leading the company's social media strategy and community engagement, the full-time Senior Manager, Social Media will manage content creation and online presence across various digital platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms, developing an editorial calendar aligned with company priorities
- Execute community engagement strategies and maintain Crunchbase's presence on relevant online forums and platforms
- Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize social media strategies and enhance brand influence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content marketing
- Proven portfolio of engaging content created across multiple platforms
- Hands-on experience with video production and content creation tools
- Strong understanding of online communities and reputation management strategies
