Senior Manager, Social Media Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Social Media Analytics and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance Xbox's organic social media measurement program across multiple accounts
• Lead performance reporting and insights development in collaboration with social media leads and agencies
• Manage relationships with technology providers and support analytics operations for Xbox and ABK

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in social media analytics and/or operations, preferably in gaming or entertainment
• Expert-level knowledge of Sprinklr Social and Insights modules
• Strong command of data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms
• Ability to benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards
• Experience presenting insights to cross-functional teams
