Job Summary
Leading the strategy for LTK's social presence across various platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Social Strategy will oversee both organic and paid social channels, ensuring content is culturally relevant and aligned with business objectives while managing a team focused on content creation and community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the social strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, translating brand narratives into effective channel strategies
- Own social editorial planning and content direction, collaborating with creators to develop original storytelling and campaigns
- Analyze audience insights and performance data to refine strategies, ensuring alignment between organic and paid social efforts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in social strategy, brand social, or content strategy
- Deep understanding of major social platforms and their audience expectations
- Proven ability to develop platform-specific social strategies that align with brand messages
- Experience managing a team and providing strategic direction
- Strong fluency in analytics and performance reporting
