Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Development & Engineering for their Enterprise Logistics business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and testing new features for supply chain management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using agile methodologies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years managing software engineering teams
• Extensive experience with development, implementation, and customization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
