A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development - Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of post-sales technology initiatives, including platform migrations and continuous improvement programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate business needs into executable delivery plans
• Build and lead a high-performing global team, implementing Agile and DevOps practices to enhance delivery excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology and SaaS systems delivery, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Certinia
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams within an Agile framework
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration with core components like Certinia PSA
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools for efficient deployments
