Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Platform) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the team's vision, mission, and strategy
Collaborate with product and technical leaders to build a roadmap and grow the team
Implement effective engineering processes and policies, and represent the team in industry events

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Hands-on experience in API design and development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Ability to develop a long-term team vision and drive project execution
Experience in developer platform engineering is preferred
