Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager for their Home Care Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration
• Collaborate with Product partners and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and execute high-impact projects
• Drive the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and tracking success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or 3 years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience managing high performance engineering teams
• Experience with modern application development, preferably using .NET Core
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, preferably Jira
• Understanding of API architecture, data storage methodologies, and AWS services
