Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor security-focused engineering teams to deliver a secure assessment platform
• Embed security principles into engineering practices and ensure integration into development processes
• Drive advanced security testing and oversee initiatives in reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership with a focus on security
• Proven success in leading engineering efforts for desktop applications (e.g., C++)
• Deep understanding of security best practices in software development
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional delivery teams
