Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies
• Ensure delivery excellence across architecture, design, implementation, and production readiness
• Plan and execute on the domain roadmap, embedding AI across the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (required); Master's degree (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience building high-volume, mission-critical applications; 5+ years in technical leadership; 2+ years in people management
• Proven success in delivering secure, scalable, highly available systems and modern architectures
• Proficiency in one or more modern stacks: Java/JVM, Python, or TypeScript/Next.js
• Strong grasp of RESTful and event-driven architectures and experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
