Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Document Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the long-term engineering strategy for Document Automation initiatives
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management roles
• Demonstrated success managing multiple teams or a group of 7+ engineers and leaders
• Strong experience in leading distributed, cloud-based product development (Azure or AWS)
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices such as CI/CD and microservices
