Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end issuer dispute lifecycle, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of disputes
• Drive AI-first automation to enhance efficiency in dispute management processes
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to improve system reliability and velocity

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML to drive automation and improve team performance
• Deep understanding of issuer-side card and money movement disputes
• Experience in customer and network-facing roles, translating technical details into actionable insights
• Familiarity with regulatory obligations related to card issuing disputes
