Job Summary

Leading engineering teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Manager Software Engineering will oversee the data platform, data ingress, and customer-facing data access, ensuring reliable and scalable data delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams responsible for data ingress, pipelines, datalake adoption, and Data APIs
• Own execution and technical direction across the data foundation and customer-facing data access layers
• Partner with various stakeholders to align ingestion, aggregation, API access, and AI-enabled data workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, pipelines, or APIs
• Strong technical judgment in data architecture and application-facing access patterns
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering and Product teams
• Track record of delivering platform improvements with measurable business impact
• Strong people leadership and execution skills
