Key Responsibilities

Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance to create software validation processes
Coordinate software testing efforts and advocate for effective test strategies
Support recruitment and development of the testing team while improving team performance

Required Qualifications

BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in software testing and quality, with a track record in test automation
3+ years of experience in software test management, preferably in regulated industries
Experience in creating software quality processes in an Agile environment
Expertise in testing backend and frontend cloud software applications
