Senior Manager, Solution Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Enablement Business Partners, the full-time Senior Manager, Solution Engineering will set strategic direction and develop programs to enhance the skills of Solution Engineers, ensuring alignment with business outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on delivering high-impact enablement aligned with regional and global priorities
• Act as a strategic partner to SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps and prescribing targeted interventions
• Oversee the design and execution of activation experiences, emphasizing behavior change and business impact

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, particularly in solution engineering or technical sales
• 3+ years of people management experience, with a focus on coaching high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong technical foundation in databases, SQL, and/or Python
• Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs through others
