Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects to drive product adoption and expansion
• Refine the operating model for post-sales technical journeys, enhancing implementation and customer enablement processes
• Engage in complex customer conversations, providing technical expertise to unblock initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments
• Deep technical domain expertise in modern web infrastructure and enterprise-scale platform adoption
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with integrations and architecture involving enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members in a high-performance environment
