Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of Solutions Architects, the full-time Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture will focus on driving customer success in the Agencies segment by enhancing data and AI initiatives, while collaborating with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Architects to ensure customer success and maintain a robust hiring pipeline
• Establish relationships across the business to drive customer value and support the team's technical development
• Partner with sales leadership to meet sales and consumption targets while keeping the team informed of industry trends and technologies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in the data space with a technical product, such as data warehousing or big data
• 3+ years of first-line management experience leading technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams
• Deep understanding of the advertising and media agency ecosystem, including data flow between brands and platforms
• Experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring and onboarding professionals
• Proven ability to influence complex architectural decisions and guide teams toward optimal solutions
