Required Qualifications

• Active security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications or networking, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise in Layer 0, Layer 1, and Layer 2 networking technologies
• Strong knowledge of SONET, DWDM, ROADM architectures, and Carrier Ethernet
