Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering will coach team members, collaborate with sales leadership, and influence product direction while working remotely in the U.S. or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify priority objectives to ensure team success and alignment with the broader Solutions Engineering organization
• Coach Solutions Engineers on effective discovery, customer-specific solution development, and delivering compelling demos
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to influence product direction based on customer feedback and drive customer success

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Solutions Engineering experience at high-growth software companies
• 3+ years of SE leadership experience at a high-growth company
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions
• Strong technical aptitude and critical prioritization skills
