Job Summary

Hands-on and operationally-minded, the full-time Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering will lead and scale post-sales technical functions, focusing on customer onboarding, technical solutioning, and delivery while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers to bridge product capabilities with customer outcomes, supporting complex deployments and developing repeatable solution frameworks
• Manage a high-impact team focused on scoped engagements and technical escalations, ensuring profitable and scalable delivery
• Build and maintain playbooks and processes to convert ad-hoc efforts into measurable delivery, while tracking key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Professional Services or Solutions Engineering, with a proven track record in B2B enterprise software environments
• Hands-on experience with complex on-premise or hybrid deployments, preferably in the analytics or data science software landscape
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and scale delivery, including experience with SOW-based engagements
• Fluency in AI tools and modern technology, with the ability to evaluate and implement AI use cases effectively
