Senior Manager Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Manager Solutions Engineering will drive security sales growth by providing strategic direction, managing pre-sales operations, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction to pre-sales leads and contributors while driving strategic planning to enhance business outcomes
• Communicate team goals and progress to sales and pre-sales leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Lead initiatives to build team capabilities for introducing new products and develop data-driven strategies through comprehensive reporting

Required qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
• Experience managing regional teams, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring
• Proven track record in managing the technical opportunity sales cycle
• Expertise in API architectures (REST, GraphQL), API gateways, and cloud-native ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and automated API testing against OWASP API Top 10
