Key Responsibilities

• Support SEC reporting processes and collaborate with external auditors
• Lead SOX process design, documentation, and monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate documentation and controls

Required Qualifications

• CPA qualified, with Big 4 accounting experience preferred
• Strong academic background
• Experience with US listed companies and biotech preferred
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter
