Senior Manager, SOX Compliance

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager, SOX Compliance, this full-time remote position will manage the SOX 404 program lifecycle, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance while collaborating with Finance, IT, and business teams to drive continual improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SOX 404 program lifecycle, including risk assessment, scoping, control design, and testing
• Partner across Finance, IT, and business teams to align internal controls with US GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Review business and system controls, track remediation of deficiencies, and resolve audit findings promptly

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SOX compliance, risk management, and audit project management
• Deep understanding of the COSO framework, SOX Section 404, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP
• Experience in public accounting or global operations is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to building relationships across teams
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
