Senior Manager Sportsbook Trading

Job Summary

Driving the trading strategy and performance for sports betting products, the full-time Senior Manager Sportsbook Trading will manage market setups, monitor customer risk profiles, and collaborate with analytics teams to enhance product quality and coverage in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trading strategy, margin targets, and commercial KPIs for assigned sports and teams
• Monitor market liabilities and manage customer risk profiles while collaborating with analytics teams to predict betting patterns
• Drive continuous performance improvement and product strategy, ensuring effective communication and execution across the team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trading environment, with live trading experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of sports betting and odds, with a data-obsessed mindset and excellent mathematical skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative, work ethic, and comfortability working PST hours
