Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

Job Summary

Leading statistical programming activities, the full-time Senior Manager, Statistical Programming will provide programming and people management expertise to support clinical studies and regulatory submissions in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee statistical programming activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality programming outputs for multiple studies
• Develop and maintain programming documentation, including CDISC standard SDTM and ADaM specifications
• Manage and mentor junior programmers while contributing to department goals and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline
• 12+ years of programming experience in clinical trial data processing within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry
• Proficiency in SAS programming with knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python
• Strong understanding of CDISC standards and regulatory submission processes
• Experience in people and process management, along with hands-on programming skills
