Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Stop Loss Underwriting to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create relationships with Broker partners to support company and client growth
• Develop and maintain underwriting processes and guidelines
• Manage staff of underwriters and underwrite risks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in medical stop loss underwriting
• Experience managing staff is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or advanced degree preferred
• Life & Health Insurance License required
• Highly developed knowledge of healthcare payers and providers
