Job Summary
To support a growing life insurance and annuities business, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts will manage and expand a defined portfolio of national accounts and financial institution partners, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize partner engagement and support enterprise growth objectives
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and retention through proactive business development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies and ensure successful execution of partner priorities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in life insurance, annuity distribution, or national account management
- Proven success in managing complex strategic partnerships and distribution relationships
- Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products and distribution models
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to analyze account performance metrics and leverage data for strategic decision-making
