Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Job Summary

To support the growth of Affirm's point-of-sale merchant business, the remote Senior Manager, Strategic Finance will manage strategic finance partnerships, lead a high-performing team, and own merchant growth forecasting while driving business outcomes through analytical support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to various departments, influencing product strategy and investment decisions
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, aligning priorities with company objectives and fostering a culture of accountability
• Own top-line planning processes, delivering insights and reporting to executives and senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Prior people management experience with a player-coach mindset
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect analyses to broader strategic contexts
• Expertise in financial modeling and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions
