Job Summary
Managing the strategic growth and proposal processes, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Strategic Growth will oversee RFP development, enhance competitive positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize proposal performance and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring high-quality, client-focused deliverables that communicate the organization's value proposition
- Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools while managing a high-performing proposal team through coaching and strategic direction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, and competitive positioning
- 3+ years of leadership experience in developing high-performing teams in a professional services environment
- Experience in win/loss analysis and outbound prospecting strategies
- Commitment to compliance program objectives and organizational standards
