Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in the Third Party Partner space, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives will lead high-impact projects, shape business strategy through data-driven insights, and act as a consultative thought partner to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic initiatives that drive partner growth and optimize acquisition strategies
• Shape business strategy by partnering with leadership to influence investment decisions using data insights
• Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing actionable recommendations based on structured analysis

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or business operations with proven impact on business outcomes
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence decisions and structure ambiguity
• Exceptional storytelling skills to distill complex data into impactful narratives for senior executives
• Analytical fluency with tools such as SQL, Python, Big Query, and Tableau
• Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
