Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Partnering with the Chief of Staff and SVP, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives will develop executive-ready presentations and strategic business narratives, translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop executive-ready presentations, business narratives, and decision materials to facilitate executive decision-making
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear analytical workstreams and actionable recommendations
• Influence senior leaders across various departments to drive high-impact initiatives and ensure alignment on execution

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of strategy experience, including 3 years supporting VP-level executives on high-visibility deliverables
• Exceptional writing skills for creating clear and adaptable business narratives
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to distill complex information into structured formats
• Experience in global marketing organizations, preferably within an enterprise B2B context
• Executive presence and composure to represent findings to senior leaders effectively
