Job Summary

To support the Advanced Surgery division, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Insights will lead market intelligence and competitive analysis, transforming complex healthcare data into strategic recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Lead global market intelligence and competitive insights across surgical categories
Own annual global market sizing and forecasting, aligning with regional teams and Finance
Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

Experience analyzing healthcare or medical device datasets such as Premier, SG2, or IQVIA
Strong capability in Excel-based modeling, forecasting, and market sizing
Working experience with SAS, R, SPSS, SQL, or Python
Familiarity with medical coding and claims or charge-level data
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses as strategic insights for executive audiences
