Senior Manager Strategic Operations

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Operations will lead cross-functional projects and improve business processes for the North America DEWALT team, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations to support DEWALT North America business priorities and growth objectives
• Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and execution of key business initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or related roles within consumer durables or tools industries
• Proven success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
