Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic CRO partners, managing relationships and monitoring partnership health
• Project manage opportunities from proposal to contracting, ensuring deals progress smoothly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate partner needs into actionable tasks and improve workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
• Experience in project management with cross-functional dependencies
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with senior partners and internal teams
