Job Summary
Driving the growth of the Enterprise Restaurant Genius POS partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will build strategic relationships, evaluate partnership opportunities, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow the Enterprise Restaurant partner ecosystem, identifying strategic opportunities for business growth
- Build executive relationships with technology partners, developing joint business plans and success metrics
- Lead strategic partners from agreement through launch and ongoing growth, ensuring successful adoption across the Genius ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development
- Proven success managing complex enterprise technology partnerships and executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems within SaaS, POS, or restaurant technology
- Strong business acumen with experience in developing business cases and commercial strategies
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technology partnership models
