Senior Manager Strategic Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Strategic Planning & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for external engagement across therapeutic areas
• Design and optimize engagement models for key external stakeholders and develop metrics to assess effectiveness
• Oversee the development of tools and resources to support MML effectiveness and manage budgets for strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Market Access, or related functions in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proven experience in strategic planning and external stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in medical engagement
• Experience with digital engagement platforms and data analytics tools
