Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

Job Summary

To drive the end-to-end execution of value-based care initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Planning will collaborate with VBS leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote environment, focusing on project management, governance, and executive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving efforts and implement sustainable solutions for VBC initiatives
• Monitor progress against plans, ensuring delivery of measurable results and driving continuous improvement across VBC programs
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or consulting in a complex, matrixed environment
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably within payer or value-based care environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and drive stakeholder alignment
• Proven track record of delivering executive-level communications and materials
