Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

Job Summary

Leading the change management strategy for a high-priority enterprise transformation program, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Planning will develop and execute the change management roadmap, ensuring stakeholder readiness and effective communication across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise change management strategy and implementation plan for the Oculus transformation program
• Own change management governance, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities across various workstreams
• Develop integrated communication strategies for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the program lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change management initiatives for large-scale transformation programs
• Strong program governance, organizational planning, and risk management capabilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree required
