Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives and new health plan launches
• Facilitate collaboration across various teams and serve as the primary contact for external health plan partners
• Gather and interpret operational and clinical data, ensuring organized documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or value-based care
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with health plan contracts or operational workflows
• Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments
