Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level procurement initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will design and execute sourcing strategies for complex categories while managing high-value supplier relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects, including spend analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
• Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives, incorporating cost analysis and risk mitigation
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing escalated issues and driving performance accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis and market research
