Senior Manager, Strategy and Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy and Growth-Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with BD/Capture Teams to define spend strategy and obtain necessary documentation
• Drive the teaming strategy process and evaluate potential partners
• Lead proposal support for Contracts, Subcontracts, and GSCM, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Contracts, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, contracts, supply chain, or program/project management
• 5 years of managerial experience
• Experience with Contracts, Subcontracts, and Supply Chain support for Business Development/Capture processes
• US Citizenship is required
