Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations

Job Summary

To tackle high-stakes, ambiguous challenges, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations will lead critical strategy workstreams, drive corporate development initiatives, and set the agenda on complex operational issues while collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical strategy workstreams, driving investment decisions and modeling for new product lines
• Manage corporate development efforts, including M&A diligence and investor relations strategy
• Frame and implement solutions for ambiguous cross-enterprise operational issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or corporate development at high-growth startups
• Proven track record of independently managing high-stakes problems from definition to execution
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Ability to work autonomously and build alignment across teams in ambiguous environments
• Experience utilizing AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
