Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

To support a beloved tech delivery company, the freelance Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations will establish strategies to reduce fraud, analyze fraud vectors, and lead a high-performing team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the strategy for the company's approach to fraud, focusing on products, pricing, and market leadership
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of fraud vectors to identify bad actors and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to set goals and develop strategic programs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields
• Experience leading large projects and achieving goals in a team environment
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel for maintaining complex spreadsheets
• Direct people leadership experience
• High-growth or subscription business experience, preferably in fraud protection
