Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

To tackle high-stakes strategic challenges, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations will lead initiatives across corporate strategy, M&A, and business operations in a remote role based in the US, driving analysis and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical strategy workstreams to inform investment decisions and new product lines
• Drive corporate development by managing M&A diligence and investor relations strategy
• Set the agenda on ambiguous problems, independently framing issues and implementing solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or corporate development at high-growth startups
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous, high-stakes problems from definition to execution
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work autonomously and build alignment across teams
• Experience using AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
