Driving global study start-up and site activation activities, the full-time Senior Manager, Study Start-Up will oversee project planning, CRO partnerships, and operational efficiencies in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global study start-up and site activation activities, ensuring milestone oversight and CRO delivery
- Develop and implement the global study startup plan in collaboration with the CRO Study Startup team
- Guide study teams in executing key startup activities within timelines to achieve R&D goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related discipline; higher degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience with a CRO or biopharmaceutical company in multinational clinical studies
- 5+ years managing operational aspects of clinical studies
- Significant experience in leading global study start-up and site activation activities
- Broad-based experience in clinical development, including study management and regulatory requirements
