Senior Manager, Styling Algorithms

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Styling Algorithms will drive the development and deployment of innovative styling algorithms, enhancing client personalization experiences and supporting human stylists in their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion AI and ML initiatives to enhance styling experiences for clients and stylists
• Shape the product roadmap for client-facing styling experiences, expanding personalization touchpoints
• Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI and ML solution design and deployment, preferably in retail personalization
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or direct people manager
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code, ideally in Python
• Experience with online A/B testing and familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure
