Job Summary
Driving critical paywall and web experience initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Subscription Paywall will oversee operations, manage updates to member content pages, and ensure quality assurance for subscriber experiences in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for paywall operations, maintaining the Paywall Audit Document for accuracy and consistency
- Manage updates and enhancements across account management and member content web pages to ensure a seamless subscriber experience
- Set up, monitor, and analyze A/B tests for paywalls and member content experiences, providing actionable insights and performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital experiences, subscription products, or related fields
- Proven success managing and optimizing web experiences within a subscription-based business model
- Strong understanding of paywall strategies, member experiences, and digital subscription ecosystems
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
